Excellent Salad, I added some shredded cheese to it also, I served this at my family reunion, my brother and I were serving and bbq'ing, we almost didn't get any....but ma put a spoonful aside for us...very tasty salad! thanks Alyson & Eleonor

I cut back on the cider vinegar and sugar 1/4 cup and added a 1/4 of ranch dressing....very tasty! food processor is amazing, makes prep very quick

Awesome burgers!....guest comments "the best I've ever had!...my son's comment (who has a very loose tooth) "thanks mom for making soft (moist) burgers. We'll be having lots of Joe's burgers this summer :)
