Chicken Enchiladas II
I found this to be a very easy and tasty meal. I added 1/2 cup of salsa to the sauce mixture. I also substituted chopped green bell pepper for the green chiles just because it was what I had. My husband LOVED this dish, and finished off all of the leftovers for lunch the next day!!
