Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Apples and Bacon
Very good soup. I added chicken and apple sausage to the blended soup and it was a great addition. I had to make several changes since I did not have all the ingredients on hand, but it still worked well. I had no celery or carrots, so I added more onions. I didn't have enough butternut squash, so I added some acorn squash. I had no apple cider, so I used white grape juice. All in all, a great recipe that you can adjust to what you have in the kitchen. Thanks for the recipe!

Mom's Squash Casserole
Fabulous! I made it a little bit healthier by doubling the squash. It's great with any summer squash. I used crookneck, zucchini, patty pan, 8 ball, opo, and chinese silk squash in mine. Also, sharp cheddar and seasoned bread crumbs really bring out the flavor. Yummy!

Chewy Brownies
These brownies are incredible! Very chewy and delicious. I do agree with others that the recipe lacks enough chocolate, so I made my second batch with a mix of dark chocolate cocoa powder and regular cocoa powder and upped the amount to a 1/2 cup. Also, it takes about 45 minutes to bake and a bit longer if nuts are added. Overall, it definitely is the best brownie recipe I have tried. Plus, I usually have all the ingredients on hand so I can make them anytime company is coming over. Try em, you'll love em!
