About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook anything that seems to give me a challenge and allows me to use the ingredients to their fullest potential, such as adding as much as i can to a piece of chicken. I would say i love to cook desserts because it seems to come easy to me than anything else.
My cooking triumphs
I have made a cheesecake, something even my mom hasn't done.
My cooking tragedies
i tried to cook a couple pizzas and calzones, either the top of the crust would still be moist like it didn't even cook, or the dough would tear when i would fold over the dough for the calzone.

Divine Summertime Chicken Sandwich
This was a great sandwich! i chose not to season the chicken with the garlic and dill due to others saying it was to strong of garlic flavor. The cream cheese mixture was delicious especially with the toasted bread, unbelievably delicious cant wait to try this again!

Classic Crab and Shrimp Salad
This was a great seafood salad. I used tuna instead of crab or the old bay seasoning but it still turned out wonderful and im looking forward to making this again! Using red onion was a good choice with this recipe along with lemon pepper.

Best Ever Tuna Salad
This is a great tuna salad receipe I love the idea of mixing the two types of relish with it! I havnt been able to make it with crab or egg yet but the tuna by itself is delicious! Maybe sometime I'll try it with crab as well. The little bit of sour cream that is added isn't even noticable as well as the mustard but that can be changed with adding more. Overall a great tasting and easy to make tuna salad recipe that I will make over and over again!
