Jalapeno Popper Spread
I followed others advice and used 1/2 c sour cream and 1/2 c mayo. I also threw some cheddar cheese in. I put the dip in a crock pot until it was heated through, then put the shredded parmesan cheese mix under the broiler for a few minutes. The crock pot kept the dip warm until it was gone. Everyone loved it - thanks for the recipe! I'll use it often.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp
Amazing! I followed the recipe with no changes. Fresh basil and garlic are key. I used a ziplock bag rather than a bowl to marinate. I also sauted the shrimp rather than grilling them. I used the remaining juice as salad dressing.
