Fabulous just the way it is. I didn't change a thing except add 1/2t. more baking powder because I read it didn't rise well. The amount of topping is perfect and I do think it would be way too sweet if I added more.

Quinoa and Black Beans

I loved this, however, I did not find it very economical. The only quinoa available at our grocery store was $4.67 for a 14 oz. bag. This was great with the Key West Chicken on this site and sliced oranges.

These are really good. I did have trouble with them spreading too much,and I used a brand new box of baking soda, so I put the dough in the frig for a couple of hours and they baked up perfectly.

This was great. I didn't use the apples or walnuts. I replaced them w/mandarin oranges and sliced almonds and served it in pitas. I think next time I'll add some crushed pineapple and coconut.

Tiramisu II

My 7 years old who doesn't like anything creamy LOVED this! I was shocked. I was also surprised at how easy this was. I doubled the coffee like the other reviews suggested, I don't think it would have been nearly as good if I hadn't.

Four Cheese Macaroni

I made this for my husband to take w/him for his "guys" only weekend. When I called, his friend instantly commented on how great it was and he said everyone else loved it as well. I did change a few things. I added dry mustard and extra half and half since it wouldn't be eaten until the next day. I also added a little more processed cheese and made a true cheese sauce before mixing it w/the noodles. I can't wait to make this at home for our family.

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

I didn't have Kahlua on hand so I used Bailey's instead. I sent it w/my husband to for an all guys weekend and he said they devoured it. I wish I could have tasted but I'll try it next time.... Update: I made this cake last night for a family get together and it was UNBELIEVABLE! I used strong coffee in place of the Kahlua. It was moist and dense. You must have milk to eat it with. I will definitly add this to my personal recipe box. Oh, and it's so quick to make (bonus)!

World's Best Lasagna

BEST lasagna I've ever had. I made it for my family who were visiting and they all raved about it. There were no leftovers either! This is a keeper for sure.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Fabulous! My 7 yr old loved them. I added mushrooms, shredded cabbage and carrots just because I had them on hand. It's a great way to sneak in veggies. This was so easy and quick to make.
