WOW! I love this recipe! I doubled the recipe, split it between 2 slow cookers and will be freezing the leftovers. I am thinking of freezing for future dinners and smaller portions for lunches. Thank you for the great addition to my recipe box :-)

Beer Margaritas

This is a great Margarita mix! I followed the ingredients exactly. The only thing I did differently is mixed everything but the beer and ice the night before and added lime and orange slices to the mix. The next day I added the beer and ice. We all enjoyed the Beer Margaritas and enjoyed the fruit slices that had soaked up the yumminess! I will make this again and again!

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole

Wow, I got this recipe from someone's comment on another recipe and it is great! I followed the helpful hints of squeezing the zucchini and yellow squash, plus added minced garlic and basil. Mine cooked in a 2 qt dish for 50 minutes and turned out great! My red meat loving husband even loved it! Thanks for the great recipe!
