Butternut Squash and Spicy Sausage Soup
I used a little less ground pork sausage and it turned out great!! You could also add other veggies like celery and carrots or even potatoes.

Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Tortilla Chips
Everyone loves it! I've substituted other fruits if one (or more) isn't available and it turns out great every time! And the chips are so incredibly easy to make!
