Easy Lasagna II
This was so yummy! I have made it twice in the past 2 weeks. It taste delicious after refrigeration and freezing, as well. I am cooking at high altitude (7200 ft) and put about 1/4 cup more water than the recipe called for. As other reviews said, the cheese mixture was too much. With that in mind, however, just load up the layers with more cheese mixture than you'd think you would need to. I replaced the cottage cheese with ricotta (I'm a purist) and added minced garlic and basil to the sauce and let it simmer with the added spices and beef for about 30 minutes instead of five. Fantastic!
