I'm a 30 year Limey among Canucks, which is handy because I love limes, especially in Asian cooking and gin and tonics. South-east Asian, Korean, Japanese, Indian, Lebanese, North African, Italian. My mother knocks up a spectacular spaghetti bolognese, as well as a unique smoked haddock chowder. My roasted tandoori salad is a sure-fire winner. My Pad Thai is also nearing god-like status (so I'm told). My early Pad Thais were like rubber, thankfully my lovely wife choked them down to appease me.
