White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies III

I did the 1/2 butter, 1/2 shortening thing and also used vanilla extract instead of almond. They were amazing, I just wish macadamia nuts weren't so expensive. Also, I would recommend leaving out the salt if the nuts you buy are pre-salted.

Red Velvet Cake I

Pretty good. I liked the taste it was different. Mine didn't turn out very red though but thats because I didn't know how much 2 oz of red food colouring was, so I just added all I had which wasn't nearly enough.

Tunnel of Fudge Cake IV

This recipe was okay. My family liked it but I wasn't fond of the uncooked center part. Also, the bundt pan needs to be very well greased. My cake fell apart when I was trying to get it out of the pan and then the inside goo went everywhere. I probably won't make this again.

Eclairs I

I'd never made Eclaires before, but I tried these ones and they were great. I'm not exactly sure why there were so many bad reviews, I have no pastry experience and they turned out fine for me. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because the recipe makes more than double as much filling as is needed for the number of pastries, so I had to make two batches. But they were great!

This was amazing. I'd never made any kind of bread before and I made this recipe with the modifications DevineHealth7 suggested and it turned out perfectly. I was very surprised but delighted. An excellent recipe.
