This was a simple meal to make. Very tastey too! I fellowed it the same but put aluminum foil on top for a half hour then mixed it up and put it back in for 15 mins with no foil.

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

This really is an Awesome carrot cake! Someone at my work made this cake and I thought it was so good that I asked her for the recipe and thats how I found out about this site. I was so excited to make a cake from scratch for the first time instead of using a box. It was easy and turned out great everyone loves this cake! I made the frosting one time but it is super sweet so I just buy the already made tub of cream cheese frosting and its cheaper.

Ham N Cheese Potato Bake

This was a very boring recipe. It was just very blah and needs alot to spice it up. I doubt i will make this again.

Black Bottom Cupcakes II

This is a great recipe! I have made this a few times but I usaly just use a box of devil's chocolate cake mix and then the recipe for the cream cheese mix. My family loves this and if theres ever an event they always want me to bring the black bottoms! YUMMM!

Cheesy Baked Potatoes

This was a very good recipe! I was suprised how pretty the potatos look I would of took a picture but we just could not wait to eat them lol. It did feel like it was missing a little something and i would have to say that butter taste so the next time I think I will add butter to this.
