Oatmeal Sourdough Rolls
Not sure how the instructions got changed up, but I always shape the rolls, and place them on the greased baking sheet, covered with a towel, for the second rising. Also, since posting this recipe, I have made these rolls many times with 1/4 cup margarine and had great results.

Tangy Honey Glazed Ham
This sauce is so delicious! Rather than add the glaze while baking, I pour it over the ham after it is sliced. I usually serve the extra sauce on the side. That way, I can use the "carcass" for soup or other recipes without the glaze flavor.

Gooey Butter Cookies
These were good, but not as good as the gooey butter cake. I found that dropping the dough by spoonfuls into a small bowl of powdered sugar, then rolling into balls, made the process less messy. Chilling the dough slightly helped also.
