These were a delicious summer dinner. We followed the recipe, but also added bell pepper, zucchini, onion cubes, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms to make for a heavier meal. For the sugar we used brown sugar.

Chicken with Lime Butter

this was a good recipe; my family liked it, but it wasn't a recipe that I would rave about. the chicken was nice and tangy with the lime, but also creamy and salty because of the butter. I liked it, but didn't love it.

Strawberry Bread

The revised edition of this "Strawberry Bread" (see Celeste's review) is really awesome! I had this improvised version for my birthday a few years ago and I loved it! I can't wait to make it this summer!
