My mother was the baker. Knock your socks off baker. Still can't replicate her baking recipes. I've been striving to make my food, healthy, as organic as I can, good ingredients and tasting good.
I refuse to use high fructose corn syrup, MSG, hydrogenated oils and other "junk" that is in our food today
My cooking triumphs
My first homemade spaghetti sauce, with meat, was a major hit over the years. Now I don't eat meat, so then making a vegetarian version was my major success. Took years. I'm very proud of it. Will work on posting in the future.
