This recipe really masks the flavor of the fish and does so poorly. I highly recommend many people ditch this recipe and instead season their tilapia with some old bay or lemon pepper, then dredge in flour, then place on foiled pan with tabs of butter on each fish fillet. Bake at 350 for 20 mins. Once done, remove fish to a plate, foil it, and pour the melted butter/fish sauce into a pan, add 1 T butter, 1 T flour, mix on medium heat, add in splash of white wine, juice of 1/2 a lemon, chopped fresh italian parsley and pour over fish. That will knock this recipe out of the water.....forever.
