Oven Roasted Potatoes

Awful. These herbs definitely conflict eachother. Basil and Oregano do not belong. Too much Thyme as well. I actually rinsed my potatoes off in water and seasoned them with my own mix of herbs de provance instead.

Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana

I made this dish with turkey sausage and completely omitted the bacon. Used half-and-half instead of cream. YAY! A winner!

Perfect Baked Jerk Chicken

I'm glad I tasted the spice rub before using it. I had to double all of the spices (except salt) to compensate. Next time I would only use 1.5 tsp of salt.
