Butternut Squash Bisque
If I could give this recipe a million stars I would! I'm being completely serious when I say that this is the best thing I've ever put in my mouth. I will say that I changed some ingredients around to make it vegan: I used a tbsp. of Earth Balance margarine, omitted the oil, and used unsweetened soy milk instead of the cream. It was PERFECT!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
I didn't care much for this dough. It tasted too much like bread and not enough like pizza crust. I also found it to be waaaay to sticky, and it was hard to stretch without tearing.

Brick-Oven Pizza (Brooklyn Style)
I love this crust! It's the best! I don't have a pizza stone, so I cook it on my pizza pan at 425 degrees f for 20 minutes... awesome.
