Hot and Spicy Tofu
I have made this a few times with a side of white rice. My husband and I absolutely love this dish.

Wonderful Banana Cake
I made this using some really ripe bananas I had in the freezer, came out really good. My husband and family love it a lot! It was gone the same day! Will make this again a lot!
