I'm 23 years old and I have been cooking for 8 years now, not a long time but long enough. I remember cooking my first meal when I was 12...mac n cheese...LOL I mostly specialize in mexican american food, but I do know how to cook other things as well like casseroles and fry bread etc...I believe the best cooking I can do is bake. I remember in high school I did a food service class for 2 years and I learned how to cook and bake...I paid more attention to the baking part than anything haha. My first baking dish was banana cream pie...sold it in the coffee shop in the high school and it was gone in half an hour. I love baking. I like cooking american food, mexican food, and baking. Too many to list individually. My dad's side: mexican food My mom's side: fry bread Fry bread, fajitas, and baking dishes. One time when I was younger I cooked for a boyfriend and it was spaghetti...and I put some stupid seasoning in it...things you do when you are young...turned out horrible to him but I loved it anyway...he's just really really anal...LOL
