I have been cooking since I was a tween and got the cooking and baking "bug". I've been married to my lovely husband for over ten years, and we have a combined family of 5 kids. So I've gotten used to cooking for my little army. I have 4 dogs, a border collie(Malachai), a doxer(Bella)(dalmation/boxer) and 2 Pomeranians (Olivia and Sugar), and five cats that own me; as it seems I am more their human than they are my cats. Dont'cha just love when the kids bring home strays?!?! I love baking and making my familys favorite comfort foods. I love making italian, asian, and mexican. My family always makes homemade lefse and krumkake on Christmas, they are both so good, but so timeconsuming so its a once a year tradition. My triumphs are the recipes I managed to duplicate of my grandma's since I didnt get a chance to ask her what they were so it was all trial and error. I dont have tragedies, my husband says I have "happy accidents" as my accidents usually turn out to be something we repeat on purpose.
