Slow-Cooked Chili
I enjoyed this recipe, but found it slightly dry. Adding another can of diced tomatoes took care of that. The nice thing is that you can season it t taste. For a little more spice, try adding: an extra tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1 teaspoon dried basil 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano These can be gradually added as you finish cooking the chili.
