Chocolate Covered Strawberries
I don't know if this has already been mentioned but instead of using that method to melt the chocolate chips I put them in a microwavable dish and heated them up on the defrost setting at 10 second intervals. After every ten seconds I would take the bowl out and stir it. I would say it took about 4-6 ten second intervals to completely melt the chocolate. I would say it still tastes delicious using this method. Also I just placed the strawberries on a greased baking sheet to dry.
