Now this is a keeper !!! And what a great way to sneak a few extra veggies in on the kids. I would not change a thing about this recipe. I plan on serving this often-thanks so much for sharing !!!

Cheesy Potato Casserole
I think it a crowd pleaser if you like bland food-very boring in taste. I won't make it again but I would offer the suggestion of using onion that is sauteed first, using sharp cheddar or pepperjack cheese and adding perhaps some diced green chile's to give it a little extra somethin-somethin. But if you like your flavors plain-this is for you

Citrus Marinated Cuban Pork Chops
Wow-what I thought started out as very interesting turned out to be just odd. Too many complex flavors here and very overpowering in all. My family did not like this one at all
