Chicken Teriyaki - It's a Secret
Good recipe. I made the following changes: 1) Used light mayo instead of regular 2) Added garlic powder, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper to the marinade 3) Thickened the marinade with flour. The rest I left the same, marinating it for 30min. I did flatten/tenderize the raw chicken breasts with the back of a knife, and the results were great. Next time I might use a little less soy sauce, as it did end up slightly saltier than I usually prefer.
