A nice compliment to the Cornucopia "veggie tray." Cabbages are difficult to carve out when you get to the core. I didn't go very deep but I had cut it half so we had to carve it out near the core. I found the best thing to use was a spoon. Tried a knife and a mellon baller, but the large spoon worked best cutting it a bit at a time. Cut the bottom off so it would sit at a slight angle just for aesthetics. Topped it with an orange peel curl.
