Having moved my oven rack to the bottom to fit the oversized ham (which turned out delicious), I forgot to move it back up and overcooked the Brie trying to brown it. OOPS! In too much of a hurry trying to get everything done at the same time for Thanksgiving Dinner. Otherwise it probably would've turned out fabulous. I'm getting a 42" Viking stove/double-oven for next year!
