Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
This is really good. I was concerned that it would be too watery to work with the mushrooms but it thickened well enough. I will definitely use this sauce again

Barbecued Beef
Came out dry and the sauce needs some zip. I'd probably stick with bottled sauce instead of this "homemade" type

Cream of Asparagus Soup II
A bit bland but can easily add some flavour be it cayenne or a savory spice. Really need to cook the asparagus as my batch was a touch undercooked and crunchy.
