About this Cook
I am seventeen and a junior at Pickerington High School North. I have been a vegetarain for over two years. I wish to get better at cooking because I am the type of person who ALWAYS goes out to eat. Recently I have been unsatisfied with eating out, because of how hard it is to eat vegetarian.
My favorite things to cook
I really enjoy cooking and eating soups and chilis. As well, I love pasta and salads.
My cooking triumphs
My biggest triumph was making homemade ravioli and marinara sauce with a friend. It took about four hours, but it was fun and it was the best ravioli I have ever had!

Corrigan's Minestrone
I made this last night for my family and was rather dissapointed. I followed the advise of those who had previously complained that it was too dry and added an extra can of vegetable stock. Firstly, the preperation of peeling, cutting and cleaning all vegetables was well over twenty minutes if you work alone (it took me almost 45 minutes). Secondly the soup was just bland. It did not have much flavor what-so-ever.

Banana Pancakes I
This is a very easy to make twist to ordinary pancakes. Only complaint is that the batter is somewhat thin, making pancakes difficult to flip. Other than that, it was delicious!
