Slow Cooker Carolina BBQ
Really very good. I used a smaller pork butt (3.5 lbs) so I decreased the vinegar to 1 cup, and put the cooker outside becuase it does smell bad. I wish I would have used liquid smoke in the cooker; next time I will.

Black Cherry JELL-O Poke Cake
This is soooo good....cool, light and refreshing. Everytime I make this people rave; they can't believe how good it is and how easy to make! Love this cake, plus you can change it up by using different jello flavors/colors.
