Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
Fantastic, easy, classic turkey. It ended up being the juiciest turkey I've ever had.

Giblet Gravy II
I think I added too much flour when I was browning my roux because my gravy ended up being the consistency of pudding. Next time I'll just have to add more water or stock if I do that. It's a delicious recipe, though.

Bread and Celery Stuffing
Just like mom makes. I think I like the seasonings more than most people so I used about 2 tablespoons (tripling the amount). It also took about 10 hours for the bread to get dry enough here in humid BC.
