White Chili I
Like everyone else, I made a few adjustments. I used 2 chicken breasts (but only because that's all I had, but I think it did make the seasonings a little more intense), added in canned tomatoes, and used seasoning salt while I cooked the chicken. I let the mixture cook longer than suggested so that the seasonings would be more concentrated and there would be less liquid. DO NOT DRAIN THE BEANS!! I also added a little bit of cornstarch at the end to thicken up the sauce. Be generous with the cheese, use sour cream, and green onion. AMAZING!! You won't be disappointed!
