White Chili I
Like everyone else, I made a few adjustments. I used 2 chicken breasts (but only because that's all I had, but I think it did make the seasonings a little more intense), added in canned tomatoes, and used seasoning salt while I cooked the chicken. I let the mixture cook longer than suggested so that the seasonings would be more concentrated and there would be less liquid. DO NOT DRAIN THE BEANS!! I also added a little bit of cornstarch at the end to thicken up the sauce. Be generous with the cheese, use sour cream, and green onion. AMAZING!! You won't be disappointed!

Jalapeno Chicken
Honestly, I did not care for this at all. My boyfriend and I LOVE spicy food, so that wasn't the problem. It just wasn't interesting. AND it was overcooked. I followed the recipe directly.
