Norwegian Christmas Cabbage
Great! My variation was Apple Cider Vinegar and Chinese Cabbage. I prefer the texture of Chinese cabbage.

Turnip Souffle
Everyone at the Potluck enjoyed this recipe, they couldn't believe it was turnips. Personally it seemed more like something I would want for breakfast.
