Thai Peanut Butter Sauce
Awesome! It is quick and easy and tastes great, not too sweet not too spicy. I used crunchy peanut butter to give it more texture then poured it over a shrimp stir fry. Left my hubby licking the bowl. And as far as overpowering goes; if you don't want a lot of flavor don't cook Thai.

Tomato Bisque II
Excellent. I used two cans of crushed tomatoes instead of cooking from scratch since I had limited time and it came out great. We did add an extra can of tomato sauce to give a stronger tomato flavor.

Maryland Crab Cakes III
Excellent recipe! I used stone ground crackers instead of saltines and had to increase the quantity a little but since we don't like our food very salty these came out perfect. I served them was a tomato bisque also found on this site and they were perfect on the first cold snowy day in Colorado.
