I am 42 yr old working wife and mom to three teenage boys- ages 13, 16 and 19. I have always loved to cook and bake and enjoy entertaining. I have worked as a cake decorator for 24 years in numerous bakeries, chain stores and an ice cream shop decorating ice cream cakes. I love to work outside in my garden and can usually be found there in the summers in my spare time. I like to bake a variety of things- I make alot of cookies because the kids and their friends like them. I like to grill outside and to experiment with different foods on the BBQ. My favorite thing to make is a coconut lime cake that I usually make for my birthday. The added bonus is that no one in the house likes coconut so they leave it alone.
