This is a great muffin recipe! I wanted to sneak in some bran for the kids so I substituted 1/2 c. of the flour with ground up All Bran flakes. The flakes have sugar in them so I reduced the sugar to 1/2 c and added a little over 1/2 c of milk (the bran seems to soak up more liquid). I also didn't use the topping, although I imagine they would have been even tastier with it. This recipe is a definite keeper! I've already made these several times. The last time I just added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and didn't add the blueberries. They were great too!

Curried Honey Mustard Chicken

I love this recipe!! I have never used the butter or cayenne or marinated it and it turns out great every time. Also I chop the chicken into chunks, sometimes using thigh meat instead of breast. It bakes much quicker and is great served over rice!! The rice soaks up the tasty sauce. My picky 10 year old loves it and almost licks her plate clean!!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

This salad is soo tasty!!! I used balsamic vinegar, didn't have paprika or sesame seeds and used a bite more sugar than called for. (I like things sweet!) It turned out great!!

Apple Carrot Muffins

These muffins are pretty tasty! I made one change to the recipe, I don't care for raisin bran so I used bran flakes instead. It seemed to work just as well. Next time I make these I think I'll crush the flakes up. I used mini muffins pans and some of them had a big piece of cereal in them. Other than that I would definitely recommend this recipe. :)

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

These potatoes were delicious!! The only thing I changed was I diced the onion and sauteed it with some garlic and pepper then added the flour and milk. Everyone loved them and they were maybe even better the next day.
