Blackened Tuna Steaks with Mango Salsa

Oh my gosh...you have to try this recipe!!!!!!!!!!! This is a great recipe. We had people over and decided to serve these steaks. I made just like the recipe says and I was VERY pleased with how my dinner party went. Everyone loved the steaks with the mango salsa. We even made a blacken chicken the next night and used the leftover salsa! I will be making this many time again and will be sharing this recipe with all my friends!!! VERY GOOD!!!

Shrimp and Crab Bisque

I had a "lent" party at my house on Friday evening and made this for my guests. Everyone LOVED it. The recipe is a little too think for my liking so I used 1/2 milk and 1/2 cream. I also used the fake crab meat in the packages next to the deli. It was REALLY good and will for sure be making again. Thank you for a easy and delicious recipe!!!
