Amy's Delicious Turkey Burgers
I love this recipe, but I usually add only one third of the recommended amount of red pepper flakes. I like spicy food...but this recipe calls for way too much.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge
I modified the recipe as several people before me suggested. I used the 1 cup peanut butter, 2 cups brown sugar, 3 cups powered sugar. Came out very good and very rich. I had no idea fudge was this easy to make!
