Terri's Veal Marsala
We had terri's veal tonite what a dish was simply delicious. I made very few changes, I added mushrooms unforunately I only had canned mushrooms. This would have to do, so after I cooked the veal and removed it from the pan I added the mushrooms saute them a little while looked nice in color and removed them I then continued with the reciepe just as it was. we will have this dish again and again. we loved it thankyou terri

Pesto Hamburgers
I made these hamburgers the other day, they were so so maybe because I used jar pesto instead of homemade I was dissappointed gonna try again with homemade or different type of pesto.

Pork Chops with Sour Cream and Mushroom Sauce
me and my husband ate this for supper tonite. I seasoned the pork chops with pepper and salt and garlic added a little oil to the skillet and browned them as directed. while they were browning I cut up an onion and saute it in butter, when yhe chops were browned on one side I added the onion. when they were finished I drained the pork chops and added the sour cream and mushroom soup and simmered for about 25 minutes because our chops were thin . The supper was fantastic we enjoyed this very much, excellent with mashed potatoes
