Colorful Vegetable Fajitas
Very very very good and easy. Zucchini works great as a substitute for the yellow squash (it's all I had in the fridge.)

5-Minute Guacamole
It gets a 4 for flavor (it is really good), but it gets a 5 for ease and speed.
