Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce
Very good--I did switch the amounts of soy sauce and balsamic to 1 tsp soy sauce and 1 TBS balsamic.

Corned Beef Hash
Excellent recipe--used 3 potatoes and more like 1 1/2 cups broth--added it gradually as it cooked
