French Bread
I added butter like others had suggested...and left out the cornmeal. It was fantastic! Everyone loved it! I will be making this many more times in the future!

Hearty Egg Rolls
this was a good basic recipie, but I added lots of extras. I added carrots, onions, red peppers, garlic and some ginger. I also mashed the potatoes and used some of the starchy water to help hold everything together. They turned out really well.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant
This was the first time making fondant and it worked amazing. I made a butterfly cake for my daughter's first birthday and was amazed at how well the fondant fit around the shape of the cake. I didn't have shortening, but used marg instead and it still turned out well. I also used my bread maching on the dough setting to do all the mixing and kneading.
