AWSOME recipe, but ya MUST use the watter bath otherwise it will fall lol i made this mistake.

Awsome dish :D I usually crunch the chips on top of the layer of cheese and add another small layer of cheese on top of that cause i found the chips to taste a bit stale if not covered.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Great recipe as is, i do add rice under the casserol for more then just chicken and cheese to eat :), a few others said to add two cans of spinich but i found it to be more then enough with just one

Great Dish. Definatly when ya add about 1/2 yellow and 1/2 red pepper and a small can of corn for more flavor and substance to it. I also used a honey BBQ sause to go with the sweet corn bread and its sooo good. Great for a Family or for a day of leftovers.
