Souper Baked Chicken
This reciple was pretty blah for me. Used 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts and added garlic powder and pepper while cooking and it just didn't do much.

Sally's Spinach Mashed Potatoes
These turned out pretty good, though I am not sure I would make again since it took a bit long for an end result that was not anything too special. The only changes I made were using dried onion and not peeling the potatoes so maybe that made a difference.

Balsamic Glazed Carrots
This recipe was good, but nothing to write home about. The sauteeing method took twice as long as listed and I doubt I will make again because I have found faster and tastier baby carrot recipes on this site.
