Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

I loved these!!!! cut the cheese sticks in half cuz they seemed too long for the recipe. Only thing was i had a TON of coating left over...breadcrumbs, flour, and egg. Only used 2 cups of oil...turned out fine. Dee-Lish!

Extreme Chocolate Cake

Most amazing chocolate cake recipe ever! Made it and it was eaten within 1 day....and it wasn't even for a celebration! Both the cake and the frosting came out amazing. I did use a 9x13" glass baking dish and split into 2 layers instead. I had no problems with batter overflow. Im making it again tonight! Will be making many, many more times.

Holiday BAKER'S® ONE BOWL Brownies

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2009
Absolutely Delicious! These were some of the best brownies ever! It was very easy to make and were awesome. Only thing was that they took longer then the recommened 25 minutes to cook, more like 45 minutes. And i omitted the nuts because of the crowd i was making them for, and used semisweet chocolate chips instead. i also added a 1/2 teaspoon of salt. yummy!!

Allison's Supreme Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2009
EXCELLENT! i am usually skeptical to use shortening because they make my cookies hard. But this cookie was very veryvery good. The day after i baked them they tasted like the cookies from the bakery at the supermarket. Only thing was i omitted the oatmeal for more of a classic choc. chip cookie taste. Yum! =)
