Sauteed String Beans

Great side dish I love the crunchy bite, I did not use the onions. If I don't have fresh green beans on hand I use the frozen very fine string beans or the already snapped beans in the grocery store near the bag salads. Same effect

Chicken Kabobs

We sparked the grill up for game day ! I cut up boneless skinless chicken tenderloins marinated them over night, and soaked the skewers in water before threading them. I also made fried squash with onions, and fried some fresh green beans in e.v.o.o

Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo

I added some grilled chicken breast & mushrooms. Some Old Bay seasoning. I only had 1/2 box of angel hair pasta and a 1/2 box of linguine. I mixed the 1 pastas. very easy recipe

This was very tasty, I only had Melot on hand, this could have used more mushrooms and some more seasoning. I added some season salt and more pepper. The chicken was very moist and full of flavor.

Stuffed Pasta Shells

This was a huge hit ! I used 1lb of ground turkey to my sauce, I had to spice it up with salt, pepper minced garlic a dash of sugar and parsley. This recipe could have used 1 & 1/2 jars of sauce. This was my 1st time making stuffed shells...1st.. timers go for it ! I will make this again the family loved it.

This was simple and taste great. I did get a little scared at 1st, it was runny but I kept folding it until it thickened up. I used the frosting on a box yellow cake getting ready for Easter Dinner.
