Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
This went well with my family, I did not use the beer I used a low sodium chicken broth. Added a drop of sour cream on top.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I
This was a nice weeknight 1 dish dinner. Will taste great for left overs tomorrow @ work.

Fiesta Chicken Soup
This was good, I added a can of black beans (drained) at the end. And also stored in some brown rice. Very tasty, better the next day for lunch.
