Very easy and delicious. I have always put the kiss on the cookies before they went into the oven. They do not burn,melt or change shape.

Great recipe...the same one I use to make chicken roll ups. I butterfly the ckn breasts, pound them out to 1/4 inch. Spread them w/mustard, add sliced deli ham and deli cheese, then roll up. Coat in mayo, roll in bread crumbs w/parm and bake. Very moist and delicous. I usually make double or triple and freeze before baking them.
