38 yr old male, single, LOVE to cook for family and friends. I'm a longhaired tatooed country boy. I don't care what people think of me, but always worry about what they think of my cooking. (not many complaints yet) I enjoy Italian dishes and most beef recipes. With most recipes though I try to put in my own spin on them. Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. We used to go all out but as the family gets smaller the dinners did too. But I still cook enough for an army. Chateaubriand, Maniotti, most fish dishes, wild game, and special fried rice(that can be messed up very quickly) Everything that has anything to do with baking! I can not bake at all hahaha. This is sad to say but gravy also
