My favorite family cooking traditions
On thanksgiving i always make homemade noodle in broth. I can't remember a thanksgiving without them, and ive been making them for around 10 years now myself.
My cooking triumphs
Last year i made my neighbor a molten cake for his birthday. i had never done anything like that, and he's a very rough critic, but loved them.
My cooking tragedies
Last year i tried to make our homemade noodles a little "healthier" by using whole wheat flour instead of regular all purpose. They were very dense and dry.
